Roof fan temperature/humidity control,
Just what I wanted and needed to make sure my roof fan exhausted both hot air (summertime) and humid air (wintertime). This should stop the growth of black mold on the underside of my roof. Of course, having an incompetent builder vent the bathroom exhaust fans into the attic didn’t help! With that fixed and this new control, all is as it should be now.

Looked in the stores for one of these and no luck. Thankfully Amazon had what I needed and at a very reasonable price. Item was received quickly and though I am not an electrician, I found the directions clear and ample to assit the everyday person with some electrical knowledge the ability to easily install this hardware. Only had it for two months, but so far it works great.
