to-the-point US firm Revolve Solar seeks bankruptcy protection
August 4 – US solar system installer Revolve Solar has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection at the end of July.
The move will allow the company to restructure its debt, chief executive officer Tim Padden told the Austin Business Journal. He stressed that the company is not closing shop and that it would continue servicing customers and installing systems in the pipeline.
Padden was cited as saying that the bankruptcy filing comes as a result of a dispute with one of its main vendors.
Revolve Solar is a full-service photovoltaic (PV) panel installer focused on the residential and commercial market in Central Texas and Northern California.
