to-the-point RenewSys starts new 100-MW PV cell line in India

November 30 – RenewSys India Pvt Ltd has launched a new 100-MW multicrystalline solar photovoltaic (PV) cell line at its factory in Hyderabad, Telangana state, it was announced on Tuesday.
The company said it plans to expand its cell and module production capacity in 2017. Furthermore, it is in an advanced stage of increasing the EVA/POE and backsheet capacity.
German consultancy Solsol GmbH has assisted the PV cells maker in the commissioning of the new production line.
