to-the-point Nueva Energy to study 20-MW solar plant in Peru’s Tacna

November 18 – Peruvian company Nueva Energy SAC will carry out studies for the construction of a solar plant with an estimated capacity of 19.9 MW in the southern region of Tacna.
The studies will take place in the Inclan district as part of the Parque Gallinazos project over the next 24 months, according to a permit from the energy and mines ministry published in the state gazette on Wednesday.
The company has previously received permits to study the feasibility of Parque Gallinazos 2 and Pampa Gallinazos solar projects of 80 MW and 20 MW, respectively, located in the same area like Parque Gallinazos.
