to-the-point Ichigo completes transfer of 26 MW to new unit

December 2 – Japanese real estate investor Ichigo Inc (TYO:2337) announced today it has completed the sale of 25.83 MW of solar capacity to its newly formed arm Ichigo Green Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp (TYO:9282).
The new subsidiary, which will primarily invest in renewable energy power plants, has listed today its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Infrastructure Fund market.
With the transfer of the 13 solar plants, Ichigo booked JPY 10 billion (USD 99m/EUR 90.9m) in proceeds, based on the acquisition price stated in Ichigo Green sales document.
The biggest park on the list has a capacity of 8.4 MW, while the other projects are of between 1 MW and 2.4 MW in size.
