The Solar PowaPack powers two bright LED lamps for 5 hours each, or a single lamp for 10 hours. Each lamp is several times brighter than a kerosene lamp. Charging times is 6 hours of sunlight from the included 2.5 watt solar panel. A built-in regulator prevents over-charge and over-discharge. Adapters allow charging of cell phones and other small electronics (not smart phones).
