Beautiful and intricate solar statue,
This is a very detailed statue with lots of subtle accents and touches that really show you’re getting value for money. The solar light itself is very bright, more so than the amazon picture suggests, and stays bright for hours.
If I had one criticism it’s that the solar panel is ugly and obtrusive (it’s a fairly large black square on the back of the fairy). Whilst it’s not seen from the front at all, the light obviously needs sunlight to recharge and so must be visible. You can’t tuck her into a corner to hide it.
I really can’t fault the makers for this – it’s normal to see a solar panel and it’s nice not to see it all from the front, but I wish it was separate and could be concealed away from the statue.
Minor gripe really – other than that this item is very pretty.
