to-the-point Rays Power secures deal for 10 MW of rooftop solar in India

January 22 – Indian solar startup Rays Power Experts Pvt Ltd has received an order from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to install 10 MW of rooftop photovoltaic (PV) power arrays at home.

The company said in a statement that the deal was awarded under a 50-MW rooftop solar plan by India’s Central Public Works Department (CPWD). The tariff agreement has a term of 25 years, Rays Power added.

Set up in 2011, Rays Power is engaged in the installation of solar farms and the supply of solar panels, while it also provides various types of services, including plant maintenance.
