Apr 3, 2015 16:18 CEST
April 3 – UK renewable energy projects developer Green Hedge Renewables will present its proposal for a 4-MW solar power park in Scotland to the local community on April 16.
The firm will answer any questions and hear the locals views on the project, which is in the very early stage.
As of now Green Hedge is planning to install the solar farm to the north of Wormit Plant and Quarry. If build, it is estimated that the photovoltaic (PV) plant will produce enough power to supply approximately 1,360 homes.
Green Hedge Renewables has developed, to date,18 sites across the UK, with a total capacity of 125 MWp.
